Trickshotting is making a killcam look stylish by adding things into it before the shot. The most recognized game to support trickshotting was Modern Warfare 2, as it introduced the Final Killcam. This will show you how to trickshot in Call Of Duty! Note that this article only talks about MW2 and later, because they are the only games you can truly "trickshot" in.
Method 1 of 4: Modern Warfare 2
1Create your class. You are going to want a class with very high damage, as it is possible to hit someone and not kill them. It is recommended that you either use Intervention or the Barrett 50 cal. with FMJ as an attachment to increase damage, Stopping Power as perk 2 to increase damage, and Commando Pro for perk 3 so you don't take damage from falling. 2Go into Search and Destroy. Find a lobby and start playing. Kill people until you get to the final person. Then, get to a high point in the map, some maps are better for trickshotting than others. Some popular trickshoting maps include:

3Stun your enemy. Use either stun or flash grenades to make it hard for your target to move and give you time to set up for the shot, it is easier to hit a stationary target than it is one moving. Stun gernade.jpg
4Jump off your high point and start spinning. Now start doing things in the air. Some things to do are claymore cancel, which you can do by pressing the lethals button and clicking "Y" right away. You can also press "Y" and then "Y" again quickly.
5Fire off a bullet when you think your crosshairs are on your enemy. This is extremely hard to do, even if your crosshairs are right on the person, there is no guarantee you will hit them.
Method 2 of 4: Black Ops
1Create a class. There is a lot of room for customization here. The only thing that you really need is the L96A1 or the P761 as a sniper. The rest is up to you.
2Follow the same steps, go into a Search and destroy map and kill people to you are down to the last person, then get to a high spot. Some of the better maps for this are

3There is some room for different things here, so mix it up a little. Try to lay down a tactical insertion and press "Y", or maybe use a claymore and cancel it at the last second.
Method 3 of 4: Modern Warfare 3
1Create a class. Either use the L8A1 or the MSR with impact and either heartbeat or extended magazines on them. You want Dead Silence Pro so you don't take damage when falling.
2Follow step 2 from Modern Warfare 2. Some of the better maps are

3Jump off. This Call of Duty opens up a whole knew trick, ladder stalls:
Simply jump off somewhere with a ladder, grab on to the ladder and jump off again.
There is also something called a wrist twist, get either the desert eagle or the 44 Magnum akimbo, shoot off some bullets from one gun and then reload. This will make it appear as if you are twisting your wrist.
Method 4 of 4: Black Ops 2
1Create a weapon with high power such as the DSR 50. However, for hardcore game modes, the Balista is recommended as it has a quicker Aim Down Sight (ADS) and more bullets and accuracy.

3Do at least one insta swap by pressing 'X' on twice quickly, to a 360 or 720 spin. No scope would make it more professional, and you could also use a 'Tactical Cancel' in which you press 'L2' and quickly press 'Triangle' to cancel it. For an even better effect, you could use a silent shot. To perform this you press 'R2' instantly after you shoot; you will be able to hear the bullet shoot but in the killcams it will be silent. This only works with Semtex or the Combat Axe.
